To Yankee Rowe visitor center and plant

From Boston:

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 10. After paying the toll, follow signs to Route 12 South. After you exit the turnpike and are on Route 12 South, take a right at the first set of lights and then take your next right and you will be on Midstate Drive. Follow along Midstate Drive until you come to the 19 sign. Immediately following the 19 sign take a left and follow the drive to the upper lot. Take a left and Yankee is located on your left.

From Connecticut:

Take the Route 395 North to Route 290 East. Take Exit 7 Route 12 South. Go to the second set of lights and take a right. Take your first right Midstate Drive. Follow along Midstate Drive until you come to the 19 sign. Immediately following the 19 sign take a left and follow the drive to the upper lot. Take a left and Yankee is located on your left.

From New Hampshire:

Take Route 495 South to Route 290 West. Take Exit 8 Route 12 South. At the end of the ramp take a left. At the set of lights take a right. At the next set of lights take a right. Take your first right Midstate Drive. Follow along Midstate Drive until you come to the 19 sign. Immediately following the 19 sign take a left and follow the drive to the upper lot. Take a left and Yankee is located on your left

If you prefer, rather than taking Route 290 West, you can continue on Route 495 South to the Massachusetts Turnpike West. Take the Turnpike to Exit 10. After paying the toll, follow signs to Route 12 South. After you exit the turnpike and are on Route 12 South, take a right at the first set of lights and then take your next right and you will be on Midstate Drive. Follow along Midstate Drive until you come to the 19 sign. Immediately following the 19 sign take a left and follow the drive to the upper lot. Take a left and Yankee is located on your left.

Directions to Yankee Rowe Visitor Center and Plant

Take Route 2 West to Greenfield, MA or 91 North to Route 2 West in Greenfield.

From the rotary in Greenfield, take Route 2 West approximately 20 miles to Zoar Road (on your right). There will be a small Yankee Visitor Center sign before the turn. Look for the sign after passing through the town of Charlemont.

Follow Zoar Road for 2 1/2 miles. Turn right (there will be several signs at the turn, including a Yankee Visitor Center sign) continuing on Zoar Road.

Continue 1 1/2 to 2 miles to Brittingham Hill Road. Take a left (there will be a small Yankee Visitor Center sign on your right).

Follow this road to Monroe Hill Road. Take a left. Again there will be a small Yankee Visitor Center sign on your right.

Follow this road to the Visitor Center and plant. There is a steep downgrade. Be sure to use low gear.

The Yankee Visitor Center is at the bottom of the hill on the left. Continue straight to get to the plant.
