    A License Termination Plan (LTP) is a document that describes how a decommissioned nuclear power plant will meet the Nuclear Regulatory Commission criteria for termination of its license and release of the site for unrestricted use. Yankee submitted its License Termination Plan to the NRC on November 24, 2003.
