This section of the website communicates historical local information related to the Site Closure Project, which were utilized at the Yankee Rowe site. The most recent information can be reviewed at the Site Closure Project Information Repository located at the Greenfield Community College in Greenfield MA
The historical documents which are contained within this section of the website are categorized as follows:

- Request for Determination of Applicability (Form 1) [.pdf] – June 5, 2003 (SCY 2003-03)
This document was submitted to the Rowe Conservation Commission and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection to determine whether a Waterways license or other authorization was required for the Site Closure Project under the Massachusetts Public Waterfront Act (MGL Chapter 91). This form was only related to the proposed demolition activities that remained at the Yankee Rowe site in 2003.
- Determination of Applicability (Form 2) [.pdf] – July 16, 2003 (SCR 2003-01)
This form was issued from the Rowe Conservation Commission and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection revealing the negative determination of applicability for Phase I of demolition activities. Although the described work was in the Buffer Zone, the work would not have altered an area subject to protection under the Massachusetts Public Waterfront Act (MGL Chapter 91).

Integrated Permit Package [.pdf] -- May 7, 2004 (SCY 2004-09)
This historical Notice of Intent was filed with the Conservation Commission of the Town of Rowe as part of the integrated package. As was required by the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, the filing notified the public of the company's proposed site closure activities within areas designated as wetlands under state law.

This Order of Conditions demonstrated that Yankee's Notice of Intent was approved with a series of conditions.

Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation [.pdf] -- March 2004 (SCY 2004-06)
This historical document was submitted to the Rowe Conservation Commission and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. The purpose of the filing was to confirm the classification and delineation of certain resource areas regulated under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Rivers Protection Act.

Annual Monitoring Report - 2004 [.pdf] -- January 31, 2005 (SCY 2005-03)
This historical annual report served as an overview of the activities performed at the Yankee Rowe site in 2004. The work covered in the report included the removal of PCB-impacted sediments and the removal of the circulation water intake pipe that extended into Sherman Reservoir.
